Refund Policy

Progile Consulting (operating as Progile Academy) provides digital products and educational content, including courses, ebooks, guides, webinars, and other learning materials.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Products

All products offered are digital and may include downloadable content or access-restricted online materials.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Products may be delivered immediately or accessed online

  • Digital products cannot be returned in a physical sense

2. Merchant of Record

All paid transactions are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (“Lemon Squeezy”).

When you make a purchase:

  • Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of record

  • Payment processing, billing, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy

  • Your transaction is subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies

Progile Consulting does not directly process payments.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility, approval, and processing are determined by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with its policies.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. After this period, all sales are final.

4. Support and Exception Requests

If you experience issues such as:

  • Inability to access purchased content

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Suspected unauthorized charges

You may contact us for support. We may:

  • Assist in reviewing your case

  • Coordinate with Lemon Squeezy where appropriate

However, final decisions regarding refunds remain with Lemon Squeezy.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

To the extent permitted by applicable law and Lemon Squeezy policies, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations

  • User-side technical issues or configuration problems

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting support:

  • Access to purchased products may be suspended or revoked

  • We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction details to Lemon Squeezy

7. Access and Termination

Access to products may be restricted or terminated in cases of:

  • Violation of Terms of Service

  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content

Refunds will not be provided in such cases, subject to Lemon Squeezy’s policies.

8. Third-Party Policies

Purchases made through Lemon Squeezy are also subject to:

  • Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy

  • Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions

In case of conflict, Lemon Squeezy’s policies may take precedence for transaction-related matters.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
